We aim to keep all items in stock, but we can't guarantee availability. If a product is unavailable, we'll notify you of substitute products of equal or higher value. If you don't want the substitutes, we'll refund your payment.

7. Product Properties 🌈

  • Color and Texture: Slight variations are normal and not defects. We try to display colors accurately, but they may vary based on your monitor.
  • Care Instructions: Dark colors may run, so wash like colors together and dry inside out. For best results, dry clean the first time. Silks should only be dry cleaned.
  • Fabric Cuts: Orders over 20 meters may come in multiple cuts (e.g., 50 meters could arrive as 20m + 20m + 10m).
  • Fastness Properties: Our fabrics have excellent color fastness but may have poor rubbing fastness.

8. Product Description 📝

We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, but errors may occur. If a product doesn't match its description, you can return it unused with original tags.

Note: The feel and fall of the fabric may change during the printing process, and the back side of colored or printed fabrics will be white.
